Products & Orders

• Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.
• Minimum Order Quantity: Retail orders have no minimum. B2B/bulk orders require a minimum of 5 kg per SKU.
• Specifications: Standardization percentages (e.g., 5% Withanolides) refer to guaranteed minimum active content verified by HPLC testing.
• Certificate of Analysis: A COA is available for every batch upon request before or after purchase.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. For international orders, prices may be displayed in USD and are subject to currency conversion at the time of payment.

• GST: Goods & Services Tax at the applicable rate is included in the displayed price for domestic orders.
• International Orders: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) for bulk orders.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to revise prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sangli, Maharashtra.

• Amicable Resolution: Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice.
• Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Consumer Forum: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
